A legally binding contract is established upon written booking confirmation (via email, reservation voucher from Bookeo, or direct booking) or upon payment receipt.
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) (or EUR where specified) including statutory Swiss VAT (MWST). Payment can be completed online or at check-in prior to tour departure.

Severe Alpine Weather Guarantee: If a tour is canceled entirely by Ruci AG due to official alpine weather warnings or mountain closures, 100% full refund or free rebooking is provided.
Participants must wear sturdy walking shoes and mountain-appropriate clothing. Adequate personal health, accident, mountain rescue (REGA), and third-party liability insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant.
Liability is limited in accordance with Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). All legal relationships are governed exclusively by Swiss Law. Place of jurisdiction is Saanen / Canton of Bern, Switzerland.
